Yoga Therapy/ Yoga Cikitsa


Yoga Therapy is a way to name the combination of the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda.


Yoga and Ayurveda developed over time. They work together on different levels of the living being (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual) considering the individual as a whole, treating the person in its uniqueness.


In Yoga Therapy, I work with the individual, designing a specific practice regime that includes yogic practices, lifestyle routine and general recommendations.

The aim of this treatment is to find tools to restore some balance and to get to know oneself more intimately.

As distinct from general Yoga classes, I assess, manage and provide on-going support to best facilitate change in regards to individual needs, creating awareness so that the regular practice of Yoga becomes a way to get in touch with oneself on a deeper level.
